Entry period. Opens November 2, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and closes November 9, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. Entries outside this period are not eligible.
Eligibility. Open to all ages. There is no Dane County residency requirement. Entrants under 18 must have a parent or guardian submit the entry on their behalf using the adult’s contact information and coordinate any prize delivery. Void where prohibited.
How to enter. Submit your name and valid email using this page’s form during the entry period and accept these rules. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries will not receive additional chances. Existing newsletter subscribers must also enter using this form.
Prizes. Four official 2026–2027 Madison Gay Hockey Association season pucks total. Four different randomly selected winners will each receive one puck. Limit one prize per person. No cash alternative. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Selection and notification. Four winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on November 10, 2026 and contacted using the email provided. Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification. If a winner does not respond in time or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be randomly selected. No purchase or payment will be required to claim a prize.
Prize delivery. Erin will coordinate delivery directly with each winner. Winners outside Dane County are welcome; delivery arrangements will be agreed upon individually. For a winner under 18, arrangements will be made with their parent or guardian.
Newsletter and privacy. Newsletter signup is optional, separate from entry, and unchecked by default. If you opt in, confirm your signup by email. Unsubscribe anytime. Entry information will be used to administer this giveaway and contact winners; marketing emails are sent only to people who opt in.
